Royal Enfield Bullet 650 - what to expect?
Royal Enfield is one of the oldest manufacturers in our country. Many of us would recognise the brand from the iconic Bullet. The Bullet was the symbol of machismo and continues to remain one. Royal Enfield is working on the new generation Bullet 350. However, now there are reports that we could see a Bullet 650 in the future. In today’s article, let’s talk about the Royal Enfield Bullet 650.
What do we know so far?

Royal Enfield is working on several new bikes on the 650cc platform. Currently, we have two bikes based on the 650cc platform, the Interceptor and the Continental GT. Royal Enfield plans to bring 7 more bikes on the 650cc platform. One such bike will be the Bullet 650. The Bullet 650 will share most of its underpinnings with the other bikes based on the 650cc platform. We could see wire-spoke wheels, a speciality of the Bullet. It will also get a single-piece seat, and exhaust pipes placed lower, something we see on the Bullet 350. The Bullet 650 could get a semi-digital instrument cluster, tripper navigation display and dual-channel ABS.
Specifications

The Bullet 650, as the name suggests, could come with the 648cc twin-cylinder engine that powers the Interceptor and Continental GT. The engine is capable of producing 47bhp and 52Nm of torque. Suspension-wise, it could come with USD forks up front and twin shock absorbers at the rear. Braking duties could be handled by disc brakes at the front and rear.
Royal Enfield Bullet 650 – Launch timeline

Royal Enfield is going on an aggressive bike launch spree. It has plans to bring several new bikes on the 350cc, 450cc and 650cc platforms. Considering all this, it is hard to predict the launch timeline of the Bullet 650. Optimistically, we can expect Royal Enfield to launch the Bullet 650 in 2024. What about the pricing? The pricing of the Bullet 650 could start from Rs 3.5 lakhs (ex-showroom).
